Consumer Services - File a Complaint
The National Ethics Association expects ethical conduct from its background-checked members. (See our Ethics Pledge.) If you have a complaint about such a member's business practices, we want to know about it. Please fully complete the forms below so we can investigate further. If you provide incomplete information, we may not be able to process your complaint.
We investigate all complaints. If a complaint has merit, we may revoke the involved members background-check status. Details on complaint handling are in our FAQ.
If you are seeking financial restitution from a background-checked member, you should notify the appropriate regulatory authorities and/or retain an attorney.
